Senior Account Executive, Georgia

Responsibilities
|
- Achieve the stated sales revenue and gross profit goals and projections listed in your annual sales plan handbook.
- Prospecting and developing new client leads and project opportunities that will build a sales pipeline for achieving stated sales and gross profit goals.
- Leading the deployment of material handling systems solutions for clients.
- Concepting, refining and communicating solutions to our clients through client discussion, facility reviews, design team meetings, proposal development, presentation development and delivery.
- Assisting with cost development and finalizing the total investment for such solutions to clients.
- Focus on developing and growing your material handling systems integration, problem solving and supply chain solutions knowledge.
- Orchestrate the accurate flow of information and resources between your prospect / customer and the various support teams and / or manufacturers.
- Responsible for the delivery of excellence in our products and services on a consistent basis.
- Build strong customer relationships through consistently high customer service and customer management activities.
- Provide new ideas to help us refine and improve the way we conduct our business focus on supporting our mission to be the best material handling systems integrator in the United States

Position Expectations
In this position you will perform the sales roles associated with an experienced Senior Account Executive including:
- Apply the Strategic Selling solutions model.
- Account Prospecting and Evaluation - includes researching, identifying and selecting the portfolio of accounts that have the greatest system opportunities with which to pursue new project engagements.
- Account Profile and Development - includes researching and identifying the key buying influencers (Economic, Technical, User and Coach) based on the Strategic Selling model.
- Schedule introductory appointments and capability presentations as existing/prospective accounts.
- Travel - some travel will be required while servicing customers and attending various training programs.
- Team & Peer Leadership - Active participation in team activities that promote a sense of “esprit de corps”.
- Industry Research - Ongoing evaluation of the Supply Chain ‘industry’ to identify opportunities to enhance the service offering and value proposition for our customers.
- Business Development - Support the entire organization in support of new business opportunities.
Education and Experience Background Preference
|
- Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Industrial Distribution degree preferred but not required.
- Sales Experience: 7 years minimum in the material handling or related fields.
- Computer skills: Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Organizational: planning, organizing, executing, financial reconciliation.
- Communication: both written and verbal with team members, customers, vendors and subcontractors.
- Leadership: integrity, honesty, teamwork, self-starter, motivated.

Sales Manager Health & Beauty Vertical Market
Sales Manager for Health & Beauty (Cosmetics) vertical market targeting companies manufacturing and/or marketing personal care products such as cosmetics, fragrances, lotions, etc. Engaging in business to consumer, captive retail and B2B market segments. Also, responsible for developing assigned geographic region for secondary vertical markets.
Requirements
* Must be a mature driven person with at least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in order fulfillment and each picking system/solutions with knowledge and expertise in conveyors, ASRS (automated storage and retrieval) and other general products and solutions in the material handling industry.
* Must be viewed as an industry expert, respected by the market, ability to speak with confidence on areas of expertise, with proven business development skills, experienced in networking, and able to work in a team environment. Must be willing to travel.
* Position is located in Kennesaw, Ga. Relocation will be considered for the right candidate.
New Business Development Manager
The primary objective of this position is to generate funded firm quote opportunities with customers that have never done business with our client or are currently purchasing from a competitor by thoroughly understanding their business trends/drivers and utilizing the support of our client's organizations to develop effective business solutions. The successful candidate will focus on the first stage in the account development cycle as well as to develop market program initiatives. (beverage, cold storage, etc,) The Business Development Manager will lead the sales effort until a funded firm quote opportunity is generated. At that time, the rightful account manager will take over the sales lead and the Business Development Manager will provide transitional assistance. The successful candidate may be asked to manage their own accounts and or manage other Account Representatives.

Requirements
Successful candidate may live throughout the US.
Education: Typically BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree. Certification may be required in some areas.
Knowledge and Experience: Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments. Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. Demonstrates knowledge of organizations business practices and issues. Typically 5-8 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.
SAP Implementers
As part of our Supply Chain Management practice, you will travel to client sites to perform SAP APO implementations, upgrades, and customizations, or to assist in software package selection. You will not be required to relocate, but you must be willing to travel.
Requirements
Hands-on experience implementing and/or upgrading the following SAP APO modules: DP, SNP, GATP, PP/DS and TP/VS, as well as SCEM (Supply Chain Event Manager), BW and BW - Lite and WM (Warehouse Management)
Solid Background in core R/3 Modules to include: FI, CO, HR, MM, PP, SD, QM, WM. Experience in Flexible Planning is also a plus
Prefer a working knowledge of implementation methodologies, project planning, and management of client expectations/deliverables
